I have just received my first 8 sets of L/H points/turnouts, and they are truly amazing. I just wonder if you intend to change part of your layout to include one or two, or just build another layout from scratch. I have decided, now the points are coming out, R/H due v soon, to build a small layout on a 1metre by half-metre board, to be a mobile one I can take to shows, and a larger one on a 1.5 x .5 metre board mounted on the wall. I have 6 complete trains now, plus 2 of the KIHA 40, which I do not know yet what I am to do with!! I have modelled 2 trains into London Underground spec and decoration, and have overlays from Electra to change 2 more into local DEMU trains.
Oh I forgot to say that if you have a yahoo! email account, can be free, there are a good few groups on there for T-Gauge. I have one with a great many photos of what I am doing. If you decide to have a look, mine is T-Gauge1:450scale

ReplyDeleteJeff,
ReplyDeleteAre you OK? You don't seem to be updating the blog, which is sad.
I have one now as well: http://itistimefortat1450.blogspot.com/
Have got a lot of kit, working on that at moment, but have bought my first Baseboard. I am using 22mm Marine Ply, that should not warp, eh?
Are you a member on http://www.t-gauge.net ? It's free, and has a great range of members.
Let us know how you are going, or I'll travel down from North-West Middlesex and visit. And you don't want that do you? :-@
